Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please allow for additional processing times during high traffic times, in the event that we have a viral video that dramatically increases our order volume processing times may increase to 5 to 7 business days, but we will always strive to have your shipment in the mail as soon as possible.

Once your order is processed, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your item to be delivered before contacting us regarding delayed shipments as USPS and other carriers have unexpected delays that are not within our control. If your package has not arrived after 7 days please promptly email us at atomiccactussticker@gmail.com to discuss a satisfactory solution.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS 
Based on the nature of our products, returning them is not a cost-effective option for either you or Atomic Cactus Stickers.

In the event that your order arrives damaged beyond use, please email us as soon as possible at atomiccactussticker@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If items are damaged due to customer installation-related issues we will not issue refund or replacement items free of cost to the customer. Please discuss options with our customer service representatives if this applies to your situation.
