Refund policy

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS 
Unfortunately, based on the nature of our products, returning them is not a cost-effective option for either you or Atomic Cactus Stickers.

In the event that your order arrives damaged beyond use, please email us as soon as possible at atomiccactussticker@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If items are damaged due to customer installation-related issues we will not issue refund or replacement items free of cost to the customer. Our customer service representative will discuss options with you for a replacement, refund, or our inability to provide either based on their discretion of the situation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once our customer service representatives have assessed the reason for a requested refund, for example if the item has been deemed too damaged to use, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
